Employee Survey
In 2004 we engaged Ipsos
MORI to carry out the first employee opinion survey, to help us
identify how well we are achieving our vision of being ‘the
place to work’. Over 74% of staff responded to the survey,
the results of which were extremely positive.
We repeated the survey in 2006 to track progress and our continued development towards our vision. Amlin once again scored highly against Ipsos MORI’s benchmark for companies in the financial services sector. We also ranked among the top ten companies surveyed in many areas and have been invited to share best practice with other Ipsos MORI Top Ten scoring companies.
