Amlin underwrites and leads a broad range of casualty business predominantly in the USA, both on a reinsurance and direct basis. The main lines of business are medical malpractice, errors & omissions, directors & officers, auto liability and general casualty.

Duncan Dale
is the Divisional Underwriter for Property & Casualty. He started out in the insurance industry in 1982, in the London company reinsurance sector, before entering Lloyd’s in 1989.
Duncan is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and Chairman of the LMA Casualty Reinsurance Business Panel.

Paul started his career in the London Company Reinsurance market in 1982 spending the majority of that time with Unionamerica Insurance Company Limited working on North American Casualty business. Paul joined Amlin plc in 2002.
