We believe that a clearly articulated vision that is well understood by internal and external stakeholders is a key part of positioning Amlin to deliver shareholder value over the medium to long term. Equally important is a robust process for delivering our vision and a transparent mechanism for measuring progress towards it.
We employ key performance indicators to measure progress against
each of our five strategic priorities for 2011. Our six
business focus areas allow us to manage operations and workflow
over a shorter term horizon and in the context of our longer term
goals.
