Head of Aviation

Miles joined the London insurance market in 1986 with Willis Faber before beginning his underwriting career with Minster insurance in 1988. Miles worked across the Airline, Products and Airports and GA sub-classes, before being appointed airline underwriter. He held his position after the Allianz merger in 2001 until leaving to join Amlin’s Aviation Division in 2003. Miles was appointed Head of Aviation in April 2011. Miles is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurer.
