Matthew joined Amlin as part of the K.J. Coles Syndicate in 1998. His initial roles were on the accounting and underwriting compliance side of the syndicate.
Matthew joined the XL treaty team in 2002 as an underwriting assistant and is currently the deputy Marine and Aviation XL Underwriter. His responsibilities include aggregate monitoring and RDS exposure management as well as playing a key role in the day-to-day activities of the Marine and Aviation XL team.
Matthew is ACII qualified.
