John joined Amlin as part of the Coles syndicate in 1993. He transferred to the Direct Property account in 2001 having been an assistant underwriter to Tony Holt on the XL Treaty team.
In April 2008, John took over responsibility for the Commercial Property account. Currently he writes general property risks predominantly in the US with a sub specialisation in the food and agricultural industries. John graduated from University of Exeter in 1991, having completed a degree in Geography.
