Bloodstock
David became involved in the bloodstock insurance world in the 1970s, moving to work in the city in the early 1980's as a bloodstock underwriter. He is the bloodstock class underwriter of Amlin’s marine division and a director of Amlin Plus.
David’s professional work is supported by a lifetime interest in horses as well as over 20 years’ active involvement in the equine industry as a rider, owner and trainer. David continues to compete regularly and has young horses being brought on for sale.
As a member of the bloodstock community, David has written various articles for the bloodstock press and has lectured to international veterinary organisations and at insurance
